Thank you for shopping with Plantale. Each of our planters and décor pieces is crafted with care using 3D printing technology. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, delivery timelines, and related logistics for purchases made through plantale.in.


1) Order Processing Time

  • Made-to-order items: Most of our planters are produced only after an order is placed.
    • Standard processing time: 2–4 business days before dispatch.
    • For bulk/custom orders, production may take up to 7 business days.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email/WhatsApp message once your order is placed and a dispatch update when shipped.

2) Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India through reliable courier partners such as DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, and Shiprocket logistics network.
  • If your pin code is in a remote or out-of-delivery area, we will contact you for alternate arrangements or a refund.
  • International shipping is available on request only and handled on a case-by-case basis. Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if any) must be borne by the buyer.

3) Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and delivery location.
  • We offer free shipping on select products or order values during promotions.
  • Express shipping (if available) may incur an additional charge.

4) Estimated Delivery Time

Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai) 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities 4–7 business days
Remote areas & North-East 6–10 business days

These are estimated times. Unforeseen factors such as weather, courier delays, or festivals may extend delivery timelines slightly.


5) Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email or WhatsApp.
  • You can also track your order using your Order ID via the courier’s website.
  • If tracking details are missing or inactive for over 48 hours, contact us at support@plantale.in or WhatsApp +91-8950608499.

6) Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

  • Couriers will make up to two delivery attempts. Please ensure your phone number and address are correct and reachable.
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, non-response, or refusal to accept, the parcel will be returned to us (RTO).
    • Reshipping will require payment of actual courier charges.
    • If you prefer a refund, we’ll deduct two-way shipping costs from the refund amount.

7) Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Please inspect your parcel on delivery.
  • If it arrives visibly damaged, mention it to the delivery executive and contact us immediately with photos/videos.
  • If the package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and either reship or refund once confirmed.

8) Multiple Items in an Order

  • Multi-item orders may be shipped in separate parcels depending on availability, print time, or courier restrictions.
  • You will receive individual tracking updates for each shipment.

9) Order Delays

While we strive for on-time delivery, certain delays may occur due to:

  • Peak season load or courier disruptions
  • Weather or natural calamities
  • Remote area logistics limitations

We’ll keep you informed in case of significant delays and ensure timely resolution.


10) Change of Address

  • You may update your shipping address before dispatch by emailing support@plantale.in or messaging us on WhatsApp +91-8950608499.
  • Once dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
