3) Products & Services

  • All planters and décor items are made using 3D printing (PLA material) and may have slight variations in texture, finish, or color — these are natural characteristics, not defects.
  • Product images are for representation only. Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen differences and lighting.
  • Dimensions mentioned are approximate and may vary marginally due to manual finishing.
  • Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.

4) Orders & Payments

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or verification (for COD).
  • Payments are processed through secure gateways such as Razorpay, Paytm, or PhonePe.
  • We do not store your card or banking details.
  • Plantale reserves the right to cancel orders due to inventory, pricing, or system errors. In such cases, the full amount (if paid) will be refunded.

5) Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
  • Estimated delivery times are communicated during checkout and may vary due to unforeseen logistics delays.
  • Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery confirmation by the courier partner.
  • For damaged or incorrect deliveries, refer to our Cancellation & Refunds Policy.

6) Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Our Cancellation & Refunds Policy governs all return and cancellation scenarios.

  • Items made to order or customized cannot be canceled once production begins.
  • Refunds are issued after product inspection and approval.
  • Minor variations in 3D prints or handmade finishing are not considered defects.

7) Pricing, Offers & Taxes

  • All prices listed on plantale.in are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Offers, discounts, and coupon codes are time-bound and non-transferable.
  • We reserve the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time.

8) Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site — including text, images, graphics, designs, logos, and product names — is the property of Plantale / Shivam Agro.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any material for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

9) Limitation of Liability

  • Plantale’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

  • If you share reviews, photos, or testimonials, you grant Plantale a non-exclusive right to display or reuse such content for marketing purposes (with credit where applicable).
  • You must not post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plantale, its owners, and affiliates from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.
